  • You don’t have a website, or yours is outdated, ugly, or slow. You just need someone to come in, see what needs doing, and get things moving on day one. Bonus points if you already tried with Upwork, and they didn’t do a stellar job or took weeks/months to get something live.

  • You cranked something out with ChatGPT or Claude but it needs to be de-slopped for launch. Design, copy, I can handle either. I’ve built a few tools to sharpen AI output, but I can also interview you to help you get simple, plain language ideas out of your head.

  • You’re copying data between tools by hand, or paying someone to. Form submissions that should land in your CRM on their own. A new promo page you have to rebuild from scratch every time. I can build the small custom thing that does it for you, so you stop doing it.

How I work

I like to work quickly. A discovery call is an hour or two to understand your business, your audience, and your goals. From there I can get you designs to review in days, not weeks, and a working four-pager (Home, Services, About, Contact) live inside a week.

The arrangement is simple: you buy time, I work through it, and I keep you posted on what’s left. No fixed scopes, no paperwork to slow us down.
